Our house is a vintage and warm place in the center of Brussels next to Place Flagey. Our house is 500 m2, including 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It is a fully furnished home with high-speed WiFi, a super modern kitchen and a TV room to enjoy movie night. Electric bikes and scooters are also available for our residents. Once a week, our team cleans up all shared spaces and bedrooms. You will also benefit from a beautiful courtyard that is fully furnished to enjoy the sunny weather and BBQ nights. The following services and amenities are included: - 12 bedrooms with all with personalized decoration and at rates that vary according to the size of the room. Each of our bedrooms features a large double bed, a small private en-suite shower room (shower and basin), a desk with a chair, and a dressing area. - Fully fitted kitchen (with coffee machine, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, condiments, etc. - Cozy dining and large living room, and a library. - The basement also has lockers where each tenant can store items, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board. - Large courtyard.
